iphone 14 pro max only can be charged through regular lighting

Hi,

i have been use usb-c -lighting charger to charge my phone for about two years. Now my iPhone can only be charged with regular Lightning cable. I tested the USB-C lighting on airpods, it worked.

Why is my iPad 10th Gen not charging with USB C adapters? I have an iPhone 13 (lightning) and an iPad 10th gen (usb c). When I attach a usb c adapter from a lightning cable to the iPad, the charge icon lights up but then says "not charging". I have tried a number of adapters but it's the same. Is my iPhone blocking third party charging cables? I was charging my phone with a third party cable when I unplugged it to go downstairs to eat. When I went back upstairs that cable stopped charging with my phone. However that same cable will still charge my AirPods and my phone will still charge with other cables. I tested the cable out more and found it won’t charge any iPhone but other apple devices it will charge fine. I think the iPhones are blocking that cable since it is third party but I am not sure, it dose not give me any message or anything, just simply dose not charge. Either the power source or the cable is bad. Try a different cable.
