Strange password on my passkey

I was going through my passwords and changing any of them that had the compromise tag to make sure my accounts were safe when I noticed a website that I have never used before. It was called, Smart321.com

Upon googling it, my browser warned me that my IP address would be public if I continue forward, so I chickened out and backtracked out of fear for my ip and of malware. The username and password attached to it is my old Wi-Fi username and password. Im wondering if its there from my wifi device or if its something that someone may have made using my info. How do i disable the account it’s connected to without risking my ip address? Im just worried my data has been leaking since 2022 and they can get ahold of my other passwords to more important apps if it is a second party

iPhone 11, iOS 17
