I have an apple 6 that qualifies for the settlement re battery issue but on the claim form it says the serial number is invalid. Why what is going on?
I am having the exact same problem with the settlement form. Checking my device at apple.com shows no problem. It recognizes the number and knows the date purchased. Any idea what I should do next?
I wonder if this is something that will be corrected in time, since it's early yet.
Then I have no idea what claim form you are signing up for. The official lawsuit claim form ended long time ago.

It just opened. Claims are available to be submitted until September 2024. You are thinking of a previous class action.
