This apple id has been lock for security reasons. Visit iForgot to reset your account

Hello, I hope everyone can see my post.


This is all about my child's apple id in apple "Family Sharing" he is 15 years old. I

bought her a new phone and when I enter password on her new phone I got wrong password error then after attempting many times I got an error "this apple id has been lock for security reasons. Visit iForgot to reset your account (https://iforgot.apple.com).".

then I reset my password in browser and follow the instructions, then after that it says the process request has been sent the I need to wait to reset the password and the instruction will be send to my email. But until now I didn't receive any email from apple and its been 3 weeks. I try again to reset password but still the error is the same.


Please help me.

"When you make certain updates to your Apple ID, we’ll send you an email to help you complete the update. For example, you might have reset your password, reset your security questions, or added a new email address to your account."

Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity.
