How can I recover a Numbers workbook that was accidentally deleted?
Accidentally deleted the wrong spreadsheet in Numbers. Can it be retrieved?

Deleted files on a Mac go into the trash. If you then emptied the trash, it is gone. Your best, and probably only, hope is a recent backup or a copy of it somewhere else.
