Charging iPhone 11 issues

iPhone won’t charge via USB port on HP laptop. I’m using a universal tri-tip charging cable made for iPhone / iPad/and iPod. Laptop does recognize device when I plug it in either!

USB to USB-C charging and data cable for iPad Pro 11" I recently got a new iPhone 16 Pro and iPad Pro 11". I have a recliner with a USB port. The USB to USB-c cable I have works fine with my iPhone but not with my iPad. It will not charge the iPad. I get the same results when I plug the USB end into my Mac laptop. I've read that the USB port in the recliner may not be strong enough to charge the iPad. Can anyone confirm this? Also, why would the same happen when I connect to my Mac?

Why won't my wife's iPhone 11 charge when plugged into my M1 MacBrook Pro? My iPhone 15 Pro Max does charge (and also syncs) from my MacBook Pro's USB-C ports, but my wife's iPhone 11 does not. I checked my MBP's Privacy & Security settings, and "Allow accessories to connect" is set to "Always." So I don't understand why it doesn't charge. Any help appreciated!

Charging iphone15 in car At First I was able to charge my new phone in my new jeep. Then all of a sudden it stopped working, it will charge for a second and then stop and just repeatedly do this if I keep it plugged in. All of my cords work outside of the car. I have usb-c port and it charges my boyfriends phone (14) fine so it’s not the port or the cables. So what is it?
