How can I turn off Stolen Device Protection if my Face ID is not working on my iPhone 13?

I need to turn off stolen protection setting but its not recognizing my face

Something to try: if you enabled familiar locations (and did not enable SDP everywhere) and if your iPhone has been used enough to have collected familiar locations, go to a familiar location, tap the side button five times, and enter your passcode.

I did go to settings n all tht…it’s not asking me for my passcode even after so many tries w/ face id! Im in a familiar location. Home! Since ive had this phone! It’s not letting me turn off stolen protection w/o face id! It’s not letting me change face id either. This is preventing me from signing into my work sites and folders. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🙏🏾
