15 Pro Max alarm volume is LOW

Despite changing the default ring tone to something else....when I select a new ringtone it plays very loud. But then when I set the actual alarm and it rings it is very faint. Siri's voice is loud enough, so the "master volume" is as it should be...all the way up. No way it will serve as an actual alarm clock. Any suggestions?

If your alarm volume is too low or too loud, press the volume up or volume down button to adjust it. You can also go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics and drag the slider under Ringtone and Alert Volume. If your alarm only vibrates, make sure your alarm sound isn't set to None.
