Bought the phone and realized it's stolen phone so my carrier is locked . Please can anyone help me unlock it?

No. You've been scammed and the phone is utterly, totally useless to you. If you can't get your money back, turn it over to the local authorities or drop it by an Apple Store or other electronics recycler.
