BOSS Tone Studio Communication error when uploading presets to BOSS GX-100 effects processsor. I am on a new MAC Studio

When I go to upload a preset from Boss Tone Studio to the Boss GX-100 Multieffectors processor pedal board., I get a "Communication Error" Please Try Again. I can see the presents in the Library, but cannot export them to the unit for use. Thoughts?
