Apple Watch 11 bought in Puerto Rico - Will it have blood oxygen app enabled to work on the watch? I am going to Puerto Rico for vacation. No.

The U.S. model number is different, and the software checks it, then prevents it from accessing the O2 sensor, no matter where the Apple Watch is used.
