Trade-in Remote Management Device That Is Not Enrolled

Hi, I have multiple iPhones that are eligible for trade-in, other than Apple states they are enrolled in remote management. However, the devices are not enrolled in remote management. They are corporate devices, however, the corporation never has used Apple Remote Management. Suggestions on how to remove remote management enrollment during a trade-in when the device is not enrolled in remove management?

Just because the company never enrolled them in an MDM doesn’t mean they were not purchased using Apple’s Device enrollment program. The company that owns them needs to release them from that system.
