I just updated my 2019 MacBook Pro to OS 12.7.4 (Monterey). In this process I lost 'Pages' and I cant access my documents anymore. The App store seems to only have Pages for OS13 and later. does anyone know where I can find and download Pages for my OS?

If you previously installed Pages from the Mac App Store with the same Apple ID, you can get Pages v13.1 for Monterey. Otherwise not.
Launch the Mac App Store and sign in with the same Apple ID as you used to previously install Pages. Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchased panel. Locate Pages and there should be some indication that you can download/install it. Click that and do not click cancel on any subsequent dialogs. The last dialog will offer to install the last compatible version of Pages for macOS Monterey.
