Apple ID assigned to the company Iphone

hello, I have a huge problem. I have an iPhone purchased for my company, my employee used it, but she probably left the Apple ID assigned to the Iphone. There is no connection with her and I cannot give the phone to another person or sell it without removing this connection. Apple support didn't help me, but during the conversation they mentioned that there is an option to send an invoice for the phone and then when I confirm ownership, they will restore the phone to factory settings, do you know what address this can be sent to? I'm from Poland.
