My Apple Pencil (2nd Gen) is not working anymore.

Last night, I put my Apple Pencil away as I was done with it for the day. Just a few minutes ago, I tried drawing with it again and it didn’t register, I checked my Bluetooth and it said it wasn’t connected despite me putting it on the magnet side. Every time I did, it seemed like it was trying to pair but it didn’t.

I tried turning off my Bluetooth, disconnecting it and trying to repair it, restarting my iPad. It doesn’t pair at all. I doubt it was a battery problem as I had it fully charged before putting it way. What happened?

apple pencil not working Ive got an iPad pro and until nos the apple pencil was working flawlessly. Suddenly, it’s not showing being connected to iPad, tried to restart, nothing happens. Actually, it does ‘recognize’ the pencil (as at the top of picture I’m pasting here) but when I go to Bluetooth section it simply refuses to connect it. It’s being charged for hours now, so that wont solve the issue (all the advices I found online say you either ought to restart device or let it charge - but this doesn’t work as mentioned). Apple Pencil 2nd Generation stopped connecting My Apple Pencil won’t connect anymore, I used it for a year and a half perfectly fine. One day I was using it and it stopped working. I figured it had died so I tried to charge it but it wouldn’t pair and show that it was charging. When I connect it to the iPad, it registers that it is there but will not connect to it. The small bubble appears at the top of the screen saying the Apple Pencil is there but it never pairs? I’ve tried restarting the iPad, I’ve messed with the Bluetooth and it still won’t connect. At this point I’m not even sure if the problem is with the iPad or the Pencil. Anyone have any ideas on what’s going on?

2nd generation pencil not connecting. Hi guys, I bought a new iPad Air 4 and 2nd gen pencil a month ago. Everything has been working fine. However, this morning my pencil wasn’t responding. I checked the Bluetooth, and it wasn’t connected. I tried restarting my iPad but that had no effect. I also ‘forgot the device’ in settings and restarted, but now it can’t find the pencil at all. When I connect the pencil to the iPad it does come up with ‘apple pencil’, but that’s it. Any ideas? In addition I notice a lot of threads talking about the battery being dead. It was at 90% charge last night, so seems unlikely that mine is flat.
