Unable to receive certain calls My doctor has been trying to call me and left voicemails however I am not getting notifications that they have rung or left a message. It doesn’t appear in my missed calls list. All my notifications are on, my settings allow no caller IDs and private numbers and I’m not on do not disturb or anything like that. Medical ID Preventing Me From Making Phone Calls Medical ID on my My Iphone 13 Pro Max is blocking access to my so I can not make phone calls or gain access to my contacts. I have pressed Cancel and Done and nothing happens. All other apps working as designed. It should be noted that I never opened the Medical ID app since I have had the phone. The phone icon had a red circle with a 1 in it which I thought was a missed call. I need to know how I can delete or turn off Medical ID.

Go to settings - phone - and make sure that silence unknown callers is off or put the doctor’s number in a contact for you.
