If i delete messages from my iPad will they also be deleted from my iphone?
My iPad is out of storage and pretty much useless right now. I want to delete large storage such as old messages but I don’t want them delete from my iphone

In this case, on your iPad, deactivate "Messages in iCloud" in Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Show All. You'll be able to delete messages on the iPad without having being deleted from your other devices.
