Meu iPhone 7 tem uma chave reserva para em caso de esquecimento de senha eu conseguir recuperar minha id Apple. Porém eu não consigo logar minha id Apple no meu iPhone 7 pois de uns tempos para cá ele me pede a senha e eu coloco a senha , depois me pede o código para entrada no aparelho celular (o que substitui o touch ) e eu coloco o código correto e ele teria que fazer o login completo porém ele **** logado na minha conta mas diz que algumas funcionalidades não estão disponíveis e que tenho que me logar novamente e ao me logar sempre pede essas três coisas e não consigo acessar todas funcionalidades pois pede a chave reserva após a senha e o código para logar na id é sempre fico sem toda funcionalidade do iPhone (chave reserva essa que por sinal eu não consigo lembrar onde anotei) . Porém quando fiz a chave o site da Apple dizia que seria pedida somente em caso de perda da senha da conta e isso não ocorreu (eu tenho a senha) . Já recorri ao suporte duas vezes e nunca resolvem e não sabem o porque disso mas por fim a atendente acho que na falta de resposta me disse que em alguns casos poderia ser solicitada a chave para acessar o aparelho mesmo com a senha (? ) o que não condiz com a orientação da Apple . Se eu soubesse jamais teria feito essa chave . Alguma luz ? Alguém já passou por isso ?
