The late 2015 27" computer has OS Monterey, 12.7.4 and Microsoft Office loaded on it. I suspect the previous owners used just Outlook for email because the Apple email system is not fully functional. It does not show the printer button, get mail button or the send button on replies & forwards. I did not find them in the preferences ( searched 5+ times). How do I replace/reload the mail program?

The emails are not loading completely. There is a prompt that says 'Your network preferences prevent content from loading privately' and a button saying 'Load Content Directly.'
Can this be fixed?
