Purchased Movies Disappeared

Problem: Movies I have purchased from apple are not available on any Apple device I have. This includes MacBook Pro, MacBook, 2 Apple TV 4Ks, and an iPad. The library tab states that I have not purchased any movies.

1) All the movies missing appear to be in my purchase history

2) My Apple ID has remained unchanged 

3) Newly (today) purchased movies DO appear in my library on all devices

4) None of the movies are in hidden status

I do have an extensive collection of movies on a hard drive that are available under the Computers App on Apple TV. This collection was recently moved from an external HD on my MacBook Pro to  an external HD on my MacBook. The TV app on both Macs is configured to NOT Keep the Media File Organized. I also use the same Apple ID on both MacBooks. Since this move, the purchased movies have not been visible.
