How to report a suspected fraudulent app that I have NOT downloaded

I downloaded a fitness app (Daily Workouts) and was in the process of entering information on my account. What I didn't realize is that I was actually entering information for another fitness app (Mad Muscles) that I did not download. The process was confusing and deceptive, but still I agreed to purchase a fitness plan, with the payment coming from my PayPal account.

I would like to lodge a complaint about this app's deceptive behavior to Apple, but I don't want to download the app in order to do so. Is there another way?
