I just updated to macOS Big Sur and can't access Microsoft word, excel or powerpoint
When I try to update from the App Store it says Office 365 needs OS12 or above, but now I can't access any spreadsheets or documents

Microsoft currently only supports Microsoft 365 (subscription), or Office 2021 for Mac (single purchase) for new installation on macOS Monterey (12.*), Ventura (13.*), or Sonoma (14.*). All other Microsoft suites have been retired and their license servers disabled — so no new MS Office installs on Big Sur.
Now, on Big Sur, you have a few choices for opening your MS Office documents:
