iPhone15 won't send pictures to group texts that include Android and Google phones

I have a family text thread with Apple, Android and Google phones. I keep getting "Message Send Failures" in my attempt to share pictures with my iPhone15 ProMax version 17.4.1 or from my MacPro.

Sending photos to Android via message requires MMS, a feature offered by your cellular carrier.

MMS requires both the following:

Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging = “on”
Permission from your cellular carrier to use MMS under your plan.
