My computer is flashing contact Apple support 1-**********8 looking to see if this is spam or hackers

my computer is flashing Apple security center call this number 1-*********8. Trying to figure out if this is a virus spam or just hackers. I’m not sure what to do.

I have received an "Apple Security Warning" on my Mac Pro , stating that "Access to this PC has been blocked for security reasons." I have a phone number to contact. The threat detected is "Trojan Spyware." Is this legit? I have been given a phone number to contact: Is this legitimate? What actions should I take or not take? Neither. It's just a web advertisement. Close the tab and don't go back to that site.
