The encoding of the email body might not be recognized properly by the iOS Mail app. This could be due to the text in the body being encoded differently from the email title.

Or the file format of the attachment may not be fully compatible with the iOS Mail app, causing Arabic text to appear garbled.

Or the font used to display the attachment may not support Arabic characters in the iOS Mail app.

You can try a few things to see if the problem can be resolved:

  • Forward Email: If possible, try forwarding the email to another email account or another device to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to the iOS Mail app or the email itself.
  • Open Attachment in Another App: Attempt to open the attachment in a different app on the iOS device. Sometimes, using a different app might display the Arabic text correctly.
