Stop unwanted unknown international call and message
How can we stop all international unknown calls and messages ??

I understand that this can be very annoying... Stopping them is kind of difficult, or changing your phone number would do it. Maybe ask your operator to remove your number from public listings? However, some direct solutions might help you filter those disturbances.
One solution that I found concerning the unknown calls is to turn On the option to silence calls from unknown phone numbers. Go to Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers, and turn it On. What it will do is that it will not make your phone ring, and direct the caller to your voicemail. This could avoid annoying phone calls, and if it is a person who really want to contact you, they would leave a message. Very nice filtering! Known contacts won't be affected, and you will receive their calls normally.
Regarding the messages, there is a similar option in Settings > Messages > Filter Unknown Senders. It will sort messages from your known contacts, and set aside the ones from unknown contacts in a separate list, so you won't be bothered.
Don't hesitate to also block those numbers if they are contacting you several times.
