How can I prevent my AirPods Max from disconnecting?

Have you tried to reset the max to see if the issues persist ?

• AirPods Max: On the right headphone, press and hold the Digital Crown and the noise control button at the same time until the status light next to the charging port changes from flashing amber to flashing white (around 15 seconds).

If you tried to reset them and they;re still not working, and they’re almost new, please go back to the store where you’ve bought them to see if there maybe is an issue going on that can fixed under warranty
