specific keys not working on my wired keyboard

the keys stopped working after I held ESC and wiped my keyboard.

These keys are in a line and are brackets, delete, down arrow, 7, 8, 9 and -

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

New keyboard not working on iMac Hi! This relates to an iMac 27" 5K macOS 13.7.1 :: I had to buy a new keyboard yesterday b/c there were at least a couple of letter keys were completely stuck/not working; I attached the new keyboard but it is not working... i'm guessing b/c i probably had not updated the OS in a while... so i can't log in/access. Wondering what to do. thanks so much!
