I have 64 GB of RAM Apple is lying to me and saying I have 5 GB of free storage instead I have 64 GB of free storage

I’m getting emails from from iCloud saying that, I have 5 GB of free storage instead I’m 64 GB of free storage like why is Apple lying about me? Is this part of their ram scam? I’m so confused are you 37 no 36.7% of my storage and I have 22 GB of storage left it makes no sense for that. Why is lying email to my iCloud email address saying that I use more than 50% of my storage that is 100% wrong. I have 64 GB of storage but they say I have 5 GB of storage. Please help me the community of Apple Inc.
