I have a M2 mac air - and EtreCheck report suggests a sign of hardware failure - due to recent crashes (Kernel Experienced panics recently) - What do I do

While many times a Kernel Panic does point to a Hardware issue, it can also be caused by processes that run on startup. We would need to see the full EtreCheck reports to see what else is going on with your Mac.

Since you have received the 4 panics in the last 24 hours, have you made any changes to any external devices or hubs connected to your Mac?

Does the same thing happen when booted into Safe Mode?

Where is the rest of the report?

How old is the MacBook Air?

If it is an M2 processor, as you suggest, it is probably still under warranty - take it to Apple store and have them run Apple diagnostics. Looks like you posted about this in April as well.

If this is an old MacBook air, mine was from 2013, get a new one because that operating system MACos 14.4 is likely not supported on old MacBooks.

Please post the full EtreCheck report. There are important things that Etrecheck picks up that might not have significance to a new user, but stands out to those of use who have reviewed thousands of reports. It will not reveal any personal or secure information.

What do you think could be causing the problem?

PS @MAC JIM ID - I havent tried Safe Mode, and have not made any changes in hubs or external devices recently

PPS @Lukcresdera - mac is 2 years old (Air 13' M2 2022/ 8/250), but the warranty has already expired. And no, it wasn't me in April, posting for the 1st time
