Why I can’t see “use passcode to power off” option in my 15 pro model?
I saw many websites mentioning about this privacy option where the device should ask passcode to power off. But it is not available in my device (15 pro)

That’s not a feature of iOS.
Stolen Device Protection is, as are some other options.
