HI there, My old iphone11 stopped turning on due to the charging port being broken. I got a new iphone and I have none of my photos or information from the iphone 11 even though I signed in with the same Apple ID. Is there any way to get my information to my new phone?

Do you have a backup of the iPhone 11 on iCloud or a Mac/PC that was completed.....before.....the iPhone 11's port broke?
Otherwise, try using a wireless charger on the iPhone 11 and back it up on iCloud or a computer
Then you can erase the new phone and restore from the iCloud or computer backup. The "new" phone will look like your "old" phone did on the date of the backup.

Use a wireless charger to charge it, then sync it with iCloud or on a computer.
Sign in the same apple id and check how much data is stored on iCloud. Otherwise, you have to repair the charging port and start transfer after then.
