"unable to access your data, please check your network" from securus

i've never had this type of problem with securus. its usually the basic "technical issues" but this morning i went to text my LO but it says i have no network in order to connect, which i find weird because my network is the best it has been in months. ive tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, ive tried switching between wifi and data, i tried on my other phone and its the same problem. i even tried going through the online version but its telling me that the login page wasnt found. i tried getting ahold of support several times but the call keeps going to "call busy" i dont know if anyone else is having this problem with securus recently or if they have dealt with this before but is there anything else i could do to get it back working again? ive tried emailing support but that usually takes days, maybe even weeks to get a response.

I figured out how to open the app, if you guys are still having problems this is what I did. I opened. The app tried to sign in and of course it wouldn’t let me so I chose the option for forgot password when I got the code in my email. I went Online to securesttech.net. ( because even the code they sent me still said my username or password was incorrect.) so I logged in online with the code and it let me.(not on the app.) when I was in there, I was able to change my password. And read all the emails that I couldn’t get into. Then when I went back to the app and use my new password, it worked. I hope this helps anybody that has still not been able to get into the app. Have a great day I know I will now.

Still having the same issue as well, since around 5 this morning. Tried to contact customer care, now that the busy signal has stopped call is dropped every time I am waiting for C.S REP to pick up call. Clearly they know what is going on but just do not wish to answer questions. There's always something going on with this app... so disappointing day to day. I am able to get email alerts of incoming messages but of course, not able to see message or respond.

Mine been down all day too I see messages come in from a friend that’s locked up but can’t see it or respond to them and also the one where my bf is at the phones been down for 5 days now he hasn’t been able to call out either along with on his end hasn’t been able to respond to my messages still it’s been almost a week and now we can’t even access securus today when will it be fixed

So I’m new to all of this. I was told by the clerk at Holliday that he didn’t put me on the visitors list as you can imagine I was shocked but she told me it could be an address issue. Before he got transferred from county he told me the address on my DL has to match what he puts on the visitors list is that true? I told him that I needed to update my DL address so I’m hoping that is the reason… totally stressing out over here 😩😩
