"unable to access your data, please check your network" from securus

i've never had this type of problem with securus. its usually the basic "technical issues" but this morning i went to text my LO but it says i have no network in order to connect, which i find weird because my network is the best it has been in months. ive tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, ive tried switching between wifi and data, i tried on my other phone and its the same problem. i even tried going through the online version but its telling me that the login page wasnt found. i tried getting ahold of support several times but the call keeps going to "call busy" i dont know if anyone else is having this problem with securus recently or if they have dealt with this before but is there anything else i could do to get it back working again? ive tried emailing support but that usually takes days, maybe even weeks to get a response.

I figured out how to open the app, if you guys are still having problems this is what I did. I opened. The app tried to sign in and of course it wouldn’t let me so I chose the option for forgot password when I got the code in my email. I went Online to securesttech.net. ( because even the code they sent me still said my username or password was incorrect.) so I logged in online with the code and it let me.(not on the app.) when I was in there, I was able to change my password. And read all the emails that I couldn’t get into. Then when I went back to the app and use my new password, it worked. I hope this helps anybody that has still not been able to get into the app. Have a great day I know I will now.

This really sucks. Both my dad and my man get transferred to the halfway house tomorrow and I get notifications that they are sending me letters but it won’t let me login and it’s so frustrating because I won’t hear from them for the 10 day lock down that they’ll put them on once transferred. So if anybody has a LO getting transferred San Marcos to Corpus Christi to the halfway pleeeassseeee if you get ahold of them tell them to tell Voz and skwid that I’ll be waiting for them and I’m trying my best to get into contact with them before the transfer 🙏🏻- Julianna

Mine is saying unable to retrieve user information or some **** , I can’t even log in . The last couple days it’s been letting me log in but then I’d have issues actually getting the text messages to work & I’d just go back to it later & it’d work .. this **** annoying as **** like we’re paying hella money for this **** so we should be able to use it whenever we want

is anyone else not able to add money to their phones? I know the app is down but I tried calling the customer service number to add money to my account and it walks me through all the steps but once it’s time to add my card info it hangs up on me.. then I just got a call from my loved one and when I tried to pay for the call it just hangs up! SECURUS WTF!!!! I ain’t got time for this bs!!
