Library on Sidebar on one TV not shown
I have x2 LG TVs. One is showing full sidebar, but other has several items, including Library missing.
I want to access my library on both tvs

Depending on the model LG TV and its year of introduction, the availability differs for either the full Apple TV app (with Library, Store, and Channels) or else the specialized Apple TV+ app (with just Apple TV+, MLS, FNB).
Unfortunately, this is not user choice, but based on agreements between LG and Apple. I think the division for LG is between 2016/2017 models and 2018 and later models [3].

To get access to the full Apple TV app, without buying a new TV, you might consider getting an external HDMI streaming device that supports the full Apple TV app. That can be an Apple TV box, Roku, Fire TV, PlayStation (4, 5), Xbox (One, One S, X, S), ‘Chromecast with Google TV’-dongle, or Nvidia Shield TV.
