Cannot Exit DFU mode

My iPhone 11 fell down hardly on the floor and they screen went black then after I managed to fix it and after being fixed it went straight to DFU mode I tried to exit DFU mode using iTunes but it just stop and exit by saying Error3518

I want to ask what to do to fix it because it seems as if it’s a hardware problem so if so what are the common issues
