How can I make Securus calls ring through on my iPhone 11?

I have the same issue, except my phone does not ring or show the number at all. I called Securus today, and they verified that he is trying to contact me. They gave me a number to enter into my phone to allow spam calls. He will try again tomorrow. They told me I needed to call my internet provider if that didn't work. I have T-mobile.

I’ve been having the same issue! I called my carrier and the lady I spoke too didn’t really have an answer for me. All she said was that it’s been an ongoing issue that they’re working to resolve.

That was about a week ago. I just found an option in my settings to turn off “silence junk callers”

I turned it off and now I’m just waiting for my loved one to call me to see if it works. I will update you when I find out!

You're not the first person to post this issue, unfortunately I don't believe anyone has posted the answer yet.

I would start with talking to your carrier, they may be blocking calls from jails/prisons for safety reasons.
