Battery issue with IPHONE 11 PRO
Provide me any clue what happen when iPhone goes battery lose when I restart it goes to 10%

Has the battery ever been replaced in your iPhone? iPhone 11 was released almost 5 years ago and if the battery is original, it's likely well past the time to replace the battery. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health and it is 80% or less, you need schedule a battery replacement at your Apple Store Genius Bar as soon as possible. Batteries which are past needing replacement, can swell, which will permanently damage the phone.
