iPhone 15 pro unresponsive

12 days ago I purchased top of the range iPhone 15 pro, 2 days ago it went to the black screen with the Apple logo visible….2 phone calls, 1 online chat, numerous YouTube instructions and it is as dead as a door mat….i believe I should get a brand new phone but I am scared Apple will want to evaluate, I need a new phone asap as all my passwords, bank info, cards etc are stored on this phone ….this seems to be a common problem but spending 2,400.00 au makes me very unhappy

Did you purchase the phone from Apple? If you did, you have 14 days from original purchase date to return the phone for refund. If you go past 14 days, if the phone is defective, yes, Apple will need to evaluate it. We don't know what you've tried or haven't tried, so at this point, I'd recommend scheduling an appointment at your closest Apple Store for help in-person.

If you didn't purchase your phone from Apple, you should contact the seller you bought the phone from.
