Java Update Popup

I keep getting these Java popup windows on my Mac, I recently had a virus and was wondering if this was an Apple window or part of that virus.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.4

IGNORE that Pop-up

Use ONLY settings/system preferences > Java ...

... to update to the current version

i keep getting widget pop up saying my mac has been attacked I keep getting a widget pop up that is a system settings icon. It appears saying things like "you mac is attacked"/ "macOS virus detect" / "your Gmail is attacked", etc ). Then it says "click here." There is a bad site attached via the link. How do I go about fixing this issue? The internal widget pop up is troubling...

Hi,

I think it's normal java update pop up. You can update your java with it.
