New Purchase

i have ordered a laptop a couple of days ago and I have received the confirmation email yet the amount hasn't been purchased from my card yet, I want to know if there is a problem because I have a tight time until I travel back home.

I got an email early in the morning saying that there was a problem with my payment and that they will continue to process my payment until the scheduled delivery dates. I went to my order status to see the issue but I am unable to change my payment method.
