How do I get a refund for a app subscription for a product that does not work such as VPN

Hi I recently purchased cyberghost VPN, but unfortunately this VPN does not work with the internet providers I have in the country I need to use it, how do I request a reund for the subscription, I have followed the details provided by the app developer but the purchase does not show in the refund list only my apple storage

Try and follow these steps to request a refund


  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
  3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
  4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
