Is it possible to rename apps on iPhone using the Shortcuts app?

Could someone please help with renaming apps on my iPhone?

I downloaded the “shortcuts” app and everything I have read says it can be done through that - and even Apple chat says that is what I need.

I have been trying to do it for close to 2 hours!

My problem is that in the Shortcuts app, not all my other apps show up there.

It shows 21 different ones, and I have probably twice that.

And of course, the ones that I want to rename are not there.

If someone would be kind enough to guide me through how to do this, I would be so appreciative!
