You have a phone that was refurbished by a company that was not authorized by Apple for the process.
That is why the service history of the phone does not appear.
No way to really know whether all the parts that were used in the refurbishing process are genuine Apple parts, unless you take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop and they agree to go through the phone.
