multiple problems with airpods pro gen 2

ok first problem is that the airpods are constantly cutting out when connected to my windows 11 pc. they are connected for about 10 seconds, being really laggy and choppy, and they slowly die out. they stay connected but dont play any audio. ive tried restarting, unpairing and reparing, disconnecting, driver stuff, it just isnt working. it used to work fine...

then the next thing is that like half the time i move the case, it makes a ringing sound. i think this is because i switched to android and obviously havent used my old iphone in a long time, and it thinks i've lost them so it tries to alert me of its location. its so annoying and im sure theres a way if you unpair it from the iphone or whatever but i dont wanna get out that piece of junk again.

and finally using the mic on the airpods on pc makes all the audio super low quality and terrible. its probably due to bluetooth limitations but its really annoying. thats it thanks
