i keep on getting malware notice osx/adware.adload/var. i remove and it keeps coming back. I run antivirus x-out and it locates malware and I remove. But within a day or 2 it returns. Not sure what to do. Antivirus x-out doesn’t answer email questions

It is a false notification. Not unusual with most AntiVirus. It is not recommended by most in these forums to ever install antivirus software. Not only do they provide false notifications, but also will give you fake notifications to make themselves seem relevant so you will continue with a subscription.

No. It's what's called a "false positive". Third-party applications that claim to look for malware on Macs are notoriously unreliable. And unnecessary. Review the excellent article that Mac Jim ID linked to earlier.
