does not recognise Face ID and stolen proctection on

Ive had my lips done (lip filler) since then my Face ID is not recognised. Stolen device protection is on and I cannot reset or add a new Face ID with this on. Cannot turn stolen Face ID off either as it needs Face ID to switch off. Can anyone help? Tried everything.
