How do I add deleted "Me" contact card back with the correct contact?

Open Contacts and at top it has the name associated with the appleid and (Me) next to it.

Go to that contact card-in list and to the right it shows(Me).

I deleted that card cause it was on a different contact. How do I add it back with the correct contact?

Go to Settings>Contacts>My Info and chose the correct contact for yourself. If you don't have a contact listing for yourself, create it first.
