Issue with putting Facetime Video calls on hold

Trying to put facetime video call on hold while answer another cellular phone call. But the only options available is decline, or decline and answer.

Facetime video call is defined as a video call made with facetime, not a facetime voice call, as there have already been apple support articles explaining how to do that on hold.

Cellular call is defined as a call that’s coming into an iPhone via their sim card number, not a part of facetime calling service.
