There’s a yellow bar at the top of my screen with a microphone and no it’s not the low power mode it’s like curry yellow, it also says touch to return to messages but it doesn’t do anything

This means an app is using your microphone. Open control center, and tap microphone icon in the top. This will tell you what app is using your microphone.

Basically means that microphone is being used. If the bar is green then it’s your camera. Hope this helps!
